De-Stressing and Relaxation

This episode, we talk about some other methods of reducing anxiety, including de-stressing and relaxation techniques. We go over some the de-stressing techniques we like, and others that we've tried. We also discuss different relaxation techniques and the importance of scheduling your relaxation if you don't dedicate time to relaxing.
